Orbeon (orbeonai.com) is operated by Swadarshan Enterprises LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We connect B2B companies through operator-led introductions. This policy explains what information we collect, from whom, and how we use it — both from people who visit this website and from business contacts we reach through outreach.
Site visitors: We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to serve the site and protect against abuse. If you book a call through the "Book a call" link, that scheduling is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy — we receive the name, email, and any notes you provide when booking.
Outreach recipients: Separately from this website, Orbeon reaches business contacts by email to propose introductions between companies. That contact information (business name, email, job title, company) comes from professional/public sources and enrichment providers, not from this site. Every outreach email includes a way to opt out.
To respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct calls, evaluate potential introductions between businesses, and operate our outreach campaigns. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — scheduling (Cal.com), hosting (Cloudflare), and outreach/CRM tooling — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell or rent contact information to third parties.
If you provide your mobile number through our call-scheduling form or verbally during a call, we may text you call confirmations, reminders, and related follow-ups. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us (for example, one confirmation and one reminder per scheduled call) — we do not send recurring marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text at any time to opt out, or HELP for support.
Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly at [email protected] and we will remove you from future outreach and, on request, delete the contact record we hold.
We retain contact and inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
